The North Central Eagles HS & JH Football Staff believe that success and becoming a champion requires adopting the "3ET" character traits. These character traits are maximum EFFORT, EXECUTION with intensity, persistent ENTHUSIASM & mental/physical TOUGHNESS. After completing our very successful first and historic 2022 varsity football season, we prepare to enter our second varsity football season with the goal of raising the bar in 2023. We believe that positive leadership from our veteran returnees and upperclassmen will be vital to our success. Our football staff will lead, coach and train our team to be fundamentally sound, to play to their potential, to make steady improvement, to be disciplined, to be competitive, to display good sportsmanship, to soar highest through teamwork and to have a great time playing the outstanding sport of football. We are building a school-sponsored football program that fielded it's first football team (NCJH) in the fall of 2018. In 2019, we experienced a remarkable season facing our giants by finishing with a 6-1 overall record and by defeating all the BBC JH football teams that played the NCJH Eagle football team. In 2020 and 2021, we successfully fielded our first high school junior varsity football teams that completed 8 game schedules finishing with 4-4 and 7-1 records respectively. We are preparing to expand the school's football program in the fall of 2022 and will be setting NCHS football history by fielding our first high school varsity football team with a complete 10 game varsity schedule, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS in Pioneer, OH! We are totally committed to completing this task and building a quality football program at North Central.
